Introduction to the NASM CPT Bridging Course

The NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) Bridging Course has been developed as an up skill for those already qualified as Level 3 Personal Trainers who are looking to advance their careers.
Completion of the course will allow trainers to unleash the power and flexibility behind NASM's Optimum Performance Training (OPTTM) system and gain international recognition as a qualified NASM practitioner.

At the centre of the OPT™ method is a thorough kinetic chain assessment, and during the workshops, students will have the opportunity to explore the head-to-toe fitness assessment that is the ‘Overhead Squat’ – a systematic approach that evaluates an individual’s strengths and weaknesses in the areas of posture, movement, strength, and flexibility. The outcomes of assessment can then be used to design highly effective, periodised programmes through systematic application of flexibility, core, balance, reactive, SAQ and resistance training techniques.
The NASM CPT is a qualification highly sought after by health clubs and clients across the world and offers a unique approach to programme prescription.
